Sorry, nobody was invited to the wedding.  It was just the two of us, and the priest.  Icelandic witnesses were not needed after all, but English ones were - even though we'd been told to leave that bit of the marriage application form blank by 'Imperfect Weddings'.  Thanks to email and scanners, everything was sorted and at 3pm on 7th April 2014 the sun came out briefly and the rain stopped for the proceedings.  Lovely!

Then began the 'Wedding Day Geography Field Trip' to two of Iceland's most beautiful waterfalls for the official wedding selfie photo shoot.

Wedding breakfast for two, wedding night and honeymoon were at the Hotel Ranga, located in the remote south of Iceland.  How romantic. :^)
